Things to watch for when selling or buying
a home
• Too many things left on the kitchen counter
This shows not enough storage and that the kitchen is small.

Shows buyers their furniture wont match (so they will have to
paint) naturalize as much as possible.
• Beds made with extra blankets
Shows the home is hard to heat.
• Have all baths clean
This is a good sign the home owners take care of their homes,
clean homes sell faster.
• Have blinds and curtains open to let the most sun in,also
have all the lights on
This shows the owner wants you to see their home and have nothing
to hide.
• Keep your home clutter free
If you have too much in any room it closes it in. Pack extra items
or put them in storage. Things left out shows not enough storage.
Make sure the flow between rooms is smooth and enjoyable.
